David William Johnston, of 220 Mountain Lee Rd., pleaded guilty in May to one count each of assault causing bodily harm and administering a noxious substance.

While in court on Monday, both the Crown attorney and Johnston’s counsel gave their sentencing recommendations, however, the court ran out of time and an adjournment was requested.

Johnston’s sentencing has been adjourned to 11 a.m. on July 18. Additional charges are expected to be withdrawn at the time of sentencing.
