Winter has returned for the weekend.

It was -9 C at 6:30 a.m. and things were dusted with snow. Today’s high is -4 C and a few flurries are expected. It will drop to about -15 C overnight.

Saturday will be around -11 c with a mix of sun and cloud, going down to -13 C, with a 60% chance of flurries, overnight.

Sunday’s forecast calls for a high of -5 C, with a 60% chance of flurries, dropping to -13 during the night.

Plenty of Pets

Big Lou is a big cuddler who would love to snuggle up on a couch with someone. This two-year-old Staffordshire terrier mix thinks he’s a smaller dog and just wants to be loved.

He is neutered and up to date on his vaccines and is a big boy, at 90 pounds. He’s got lots of energy so he needs a home where he will get lots of walks.  He also needs to be the only dog in the home.

Big Lou is available for adoption through Animal Rescue Coalition. arc@seabright.ca
