BIBLE HILL - The Dalhousie Rams were swept 3-0 by the Mount St. Vincent Mystics Thursday in ACAA women's volleyball.
The Mystics took the match 25-15, 25-12, 25-16 at Langille Athletic Centre.
The result leaves the Rams (7-5) in third in the seven-team conference while the Mystics (11-0) are at the top of the table. Dalhousie trails the second-place Mount Allison Mounties by just two points.
The top four teams at the end of the regular season move on to the conference championship Feb. 21 to 23 at Mount Allison.
Katie McQueen was named the Rams player of the match with seven digs. Thea McLachlin led the rams with eight kills and 10 digs while Samantha Fanning recorded four kills and a pair of aces. Rachel Hughes made 15 assists and 10 digs.
Christina Day made 11 kills for the Mystics while Sydney Foy dug 12 balls.
The meeting was originally scheduled for Wednesday, but was postponed due to poor road conditions.
The Rams travel to Fredericton to take on the St. Thomas Tommies (6-7) at 6:30 p.m. Saturday before stopping at Mount Allison Sunday at 5:30 p.m.
