BC defeats NS at Junior Curling Championships

The B.C. team posted an 8-4 extra-end win over Nova Scotia in a semi-final match at the Junior Women’s Curling Championships in Liverpool on Saturday.

 

The bronze medal winning Nova Scotia team consists of Hilden resident Karlee Burgess, who throws second stones; Mary Fay, skip; Jennifer Smith, third; and Janique LeBlanc, lead.

The B.C. team now plays Alberta for the gold medal
