Cobras win, draw with Canso in bantam B hockey action

DEBERT - The West Colchester Cobras went undefeated in the pair of recent bantam B hockey contests against Canso.

The Cobras battled Canso to a 4-4 draw in Game 2 after scoring a 7-5 victory in the opener.

Jacob Ferdinand led West Colchester with a pair of goals in Game 2 while single tallies came from Brad Cooke and Trenton Ferdinand. Tyler Sheepwash made several big saves to preserve the tie.

Cooke paced the Cobras with four goals in the opener while Matt Murray scored a pair and Dakota Lockhart had one. Cooke and Murray also recorded assists and Sheepwash picked up the win.
