Blackmore scores four in Machine Shop commercial league win

DEBERT - Kirk Blackmore pumped in four goals as McLellan's Machine Shop nipped G&G Home Heating 5-4 recently in the Labatt West Colchester Commercial Hockey League.

Dave Skafte notched the other McLellan's tally while Matt Stone and Brandon MacLean each recorded a pair of assists. Robbie Rushton was the winning goaltender.

Justin Johnson, Mattie Martin, Randy Sack and Aric Martin did the scoring for G&G. Barry Martin had two assists.

In other action, Faulkner Financial Group downed Soft Touch Car Wash 5-1.

Sandy MacKenzie scored twice for the winners with other goals coming from Tim Macumber, Ben Cumming and Ryan Butcher. Macumber added three assists and Tony Faulkner picked up the victory.

Will Kennedy responded for Soft Touch with help from Mike Latinsky.
