TATAMAGOUCHE - Antique car lovers may want to mark Aug. 2 on their calendars as a day of interest.
That is when the Tatamagouche car show is set to roll into Nelson Park for its sixth annual event.
"It's a busy day for us but it's fun," said organizer Dave DeAdder.
Admission for show participants is a freewill donation towards next year's show. For viewers, the cost is $2 for adults while children are admitted free.
There will also be a People's Choice Award and draw prizes for participants.
"I've got pretty good quality prizes," DeAdder said, of such items as wrenches, oil drip pans, accessory lights and other automotive-related goodies.
"I'm trying to keep it to 20 years or older for the prizes," he said.
Dash plaques will be available for the first 200 participants and a 50/50 draw will also be held.
The show will run from about 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
