The RCMP say around 3 p.m., they were called to Wedgewood Avenue in Timberlea regarding a man being stabbed.

RCMP spokesman Cpl. Al LeBlanc said the victim, a 21-year-old man, was stabbed in the street and taken to hospital with undetermined injuries.

The suspect was arrested nearby, he said.
