Bible Hill man facing charges after crashing in cemetery

TRURO - A 26-year-old man from Bible Hill is facing criminal charges after crashing the vehicle he was driving in the cemetery on Robie Street.

Truro Police Service Insp. Rob Hearn said the detachment received a call at about 8:20 p.m. Sunday.

"A vehicle had entered the cemetery on Robie Street and caused some damage and then left," said Hearn.

The driver wasn't injured and is set to appear in provincial court on March 26 to face charges of fleeing the scene of an accident and damage to property.
