Baillie earned 95 per cent of the vote on his first leadership review.
Party president Janet Fryday Dorey says the party is strong and it is united behind Baillie.
"We are privileged to have someone of his caliber and experience leading our Party," said Fryday Dorey, in a release. "He will make the right decisions to get our province back on track."
Baillie says he is humbled by the overwhelming support of so many hard-working party members.
"Everyday I am proud to be leader of this great party," said Baillie. "We are strong and vigorous and ready to demand action from the Liberals. The problems our province faces cannot wait for a government without a plan."
The PC party's annual meeting was held at the Westin Nova Scotia in Halifax over the weekend.
