Idle No More gathering for women

TATAMAGOUCHE - A gathering for women in solidarity with the Idle No More movement will take place here Friday.

The event will be held Patterson's Wharf from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

It will include a fire, singalong and offer a chance to talk about what's going on.

According to idlenomore.com, Idle No More calls on ‘all people to join in a revolution which honors and fulfills Indigenous sovereignty which protects the land and water.'
