TRURO - Failing to take counselling as directed and not performing a court-ordered 20 hours community service has led to a six-month conditional sentence for a Truro man.
Alexander Kris Faulkner, 47, of 54 Alice St., Apt. 1, was ordered to spend the first three months under house arrest. For the following three months he is to adhere to a curfew from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
During the six months, Faulkner is not to possess or consume alcohol or illicit drugs, stay away from drinking establishments and take counselling for alcohol and drug use and mental health.
