Senator Mike Duffy arrives on Parliament Hill for a meeting of the Senate Internal Economy, Budgets and Administration committee on Parliament Hill on May 9, 2013 in Ottawa.
Duffy is at the centre of an ongoing Senate scandal involving improper housing expense claims, while Wallin has been under fire for disallowed travel expenses.
Duffy has asked for a medical leave under doctor’s orders after suffering a recent bout of unstable angina that resulted in a two-day hospital stay. – The Canadian Press
