Atlantic region getting new airline service

SAINT-HUBERT, Que. – Travellers in New Brunswick and Newfoundland looking for a way to get to Quebec will soon have a new airline to serve them.

Quebec-based Pascan Aviation is planning to offer regular weekday flights between the Montreal area, Moncton, N.B., and St. John’s, N.L.

The service is expected to start operating Oct. 10.

The airline is based in Longueil, Que., at the Saint-Hubert Airport just outside Montreal.

Aside from the regular weekday flights, the airline will also offer one flight every Friday between Moncton and Quebec City.
