BIBLE HILL, N.S. – Truro Raceway officials have confirmed that effective Sunday, Oct. 14, live racing cards will be held on Sundays until Dec. 16 with a 12:15 post time.
Qualifiers are scheduled for 11 a.m. on Sundays.
Maritime Breeders Eliminations The tradition continues at Truro Raceway this weekend, featuring a jam-packed card of harness racing on Sunday afternoon. The Maritime Breeders Eliminations will attract an array of the finest two-year-old pacing colts and fillies lining up in several divisions of this prestigious fall stake. Known originally as the Rothman Stakes, renamed the Dairy Queen Futurity, this event evolved into the Maritime Breeders Stake in the early 1980s.
Draw day for Sunday is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 11.
