TRURO, N.S. – Stewiacke’s Kelsa Sibley is among a contingent of Nova Scotia table tennis players competing at the Atlantic championship this weekend is St. John’s., N.L.

Sibley, 16, enters the event after capturing team gold at the Nova Scotia School Athletic Federation intermediate girls championship two weeks ago in Canning, along with fellow CEC players Qinxuan (April) Chen and Kamaya Costandi.

Sibley is the lone Colchester County athlete attending the Atlantic event.

Kaci Whitenect of Upper Musquodoboit, Davis Dauphinee of Carroll’s Corner and Carmen VanWychen of Middle Musquodoboit are also in the field.

Other Nova Scotia players competing are from HRM, Wolfville and Cape Breton.
