TRURO, N.S. – Timbits mini and junior rugby is in full swing on Tuesdays at the Truro Saints Rugby Park.

The program, a partnership between Tim Hortons and the Truro Saints Rugby Club, is in its 15th year, and offers instruction to players in three age groups – 5-7, 8-11 and 12-15.

More than 50 kids have been participating in the camp, which runs until Aug. 20.

The camp features 11 instructors – three men and eight women – who put the kids through their paces each week, with a focus on fundamentals, fitness and fun.
