TRURO, N.S. – The Cobequid Cougars will host the Northumberland region high school boys soccer final today.

Cobequid booked its spot to the reginal final after a 4-1 win over the Northumberland Nighthawks on Tuesday.

Ben Lauther, Cam Degroot and Drew Mumford gave the Cougars a 3-0 first-half lead. DeAndre Paris also scored for the home team, while Glen Cox had the lone goal for Northumberland.

The Cougars will meet the Dr. JH Gillis Royals in the title game at CEC Field at 3:30 p.m.
