Thornell had his best race of the year at the ACAA championships. He led for most of the race and finished first in a time of 30:05. over the 8-km course.

In the other ACAA races this season, Thornell placed 4that CU (32:17), first at MTA (31:20.4) and second at MSVU (30:44.9).

In his second year running for DAL AC, Thornell has shown to be a tough competitor, working hard to better his times throughout the season. This year, he knocked off more than two minutes from the first race to the championships!

Kieran came to Dal AC after a successful track career at Stonington High in Connecticut.
