Fundy Textiles advances to mosquito division final

TRURO, N.S. – Dylan Atwater cranked a home run and helped pitch Fundy Textiles to an 11-6 victory over the Bible Hill Firefighters in a Bible Hill-Truro Minor Baseball Association mosquito division semifinal game.

Austin Brown, Kasey Rushton, Jack Michaud and Ryan Vohra each had a pair of hits for Fundy.

Brown, Griffen Scott and Atwater combined to strike out six batters.

Aiden Johnson belted a home run, while Ryan Jollimore, Spencer MacLean and Declan Cameron added other hits for the Firemen.

Jollimore handled the pitching duties.
