TRURO, N.S. – The Colchester Wilson’s Home Heating Atom A Cyclones swept a doubleheader from the Strait Richmond Pirates last weekend to improve their record to a perfect 6-0-0 in North Conference female hockey action.
Game 1 saw Hannah Jordan, Brooklyn Bagnell Lauther and Kori Griffon each tally two goals and an assist in a 7-2 win. Jessica Porter added a single with Danni Totten and Laila Burris picking up assists.
Game 2 saw Bagnell Lauther collect three goals and three assists in an 11-0 victory. Myla Searle also recorded a hat trick. Jordan added a pair goals, while Porter had a goal and an assist and Burris and Brooklyn Moore rounded out the scoring.
Amy Field recorded the shutout.
