Margaret Lorraine Macdonald

In Memoriam of Margaret Lorraine MacDonald (nee Cook). 02 – Jun – 1958 to 29 – Apr – 2019. Survived by husband Donald “Randy” MacDonald, Children John Patrick MacDonald and Katherine Melissa MacDonald, and grandchildren Brennan, Kayden and Jackson, sister Angela Cook and other siblings, and best friend/cousin Rebecca Scoville. At her request there will be no ceremony. Margaret traveled extensively and particularly enjoyed experiencing new cultures. Margaret was an avid reader and enjoyed Sudoku and Cryptogram puzzles to stay sharp. Cooking was her passion as was gardening. She created a Community Garden in Truro, and from that developed a very successful Youth Initiative Program to benefit young ladies who needed help getting back on their feet. Margaret has an amazing sense of humor and loved to play practical jokes. She also loved stand-up comedy (esp. Amateur) and improv comedy. She is deeply missed.
