Kevin Dewayne Whitman

Truro - It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we had to say goodbye to our brother Kevin, who passed away suddenly at the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow on July 16, 2019. In his short life, Kevin travelled many places and lived life to the fullest. He touched the lives of everyone he met, with a smile on his face and a story to tell. He was never too busy to lend a helping hand. He was a first class drywaller, amazing guitar player, and loved a good game of pool. Kevin loved his family and spending time with them. He enjoyed his new love for birds and kept his brother-in-law’s bird feeders full. He was often heard saying “Did you see the size of that chicken?” He was predeceased by maternal and paternal grandparents. Kevin was also predeceased by his mother, Bessie Symes Hinton. He is survived by his father, Paul Whitman, PEI; brother, Fred (Kathy), Truro; sister, Jennifer (Kevin) Welsh, New Glasgow; niece, Morgan; nephews, Colby, Ryan and Austin.
