Claudia Elizabeth Roberts

ROBERTS, Claudia Elizabeth Roberts, Claudia Elizabeth – 72, of Bible Hill and Truro. One of God’s loving souls went peacefully home Friday, August 16, 2019, at the Colchester East Hants Health Centre. Born in Antigonish, she was a daughter of the late Clyde and Clissie (Lumsden) Roberts. Claudia is survived by her daughters, Pam and Cindy; grandchildren, Kaite, Jeff, and Tim. Also loved by many great grandchildren, Skyler, Sylas, Stylez, Abby, Amarie, Ainsley, Joshua, Liam, Nevaeh and Arika. Mom was grateful to have sisters Myrna and Yvonne and step-brother Paul in her life. Even as Mom’s health declined, she continued to be selfless, always wanting to help others and being kind and compassionate. Mom lived for her family; they were her life, her legacy. She wrote to Jesus every day, he was her best friend. Mom’s love of her prayer group ladies will be never ending and she cherished her time with them. She loved, was loved and will be sadly missed. Please join with us at 10 a.m., Friday, August 23, 2019, at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (Campbell Hall), 669 Prince Street, Truro, for a reception to celebrate Mom’s life, followed by the Liturgy of the Word at 11 a.m., in the Sanctuary. Interment will be held at 11:30 a.m., at Bible Hill Cemetery, Warren Drive, Bible Hill. Arrangements have been entrusted to Mattatall - Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro.
