TRURO, N.S. — The Women’s Social Network is back, with an event at Jimolly’s Bakery Café on Wednesday, Sept.18 from 5 to 6 p.m.
The gathering will include a short presentation by Josée Gallant, a national and provincial weightlifting champion, and co-owner of Bluenose Fitness. There will be refreshments and time for social networking.

During the event, donations will be accepted for the Cobequid Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre in memory of Helene Van Doninck, who often attended the receptions.
