A male from Greenfield is facing charges after a two-vehicle accident in Truro early Saturday morning.
The Truro Police Service responded to the accident on the intersection of Willow Street and McClurres Mills Road at about 2 a.m.
Upon arrival, officers were learned that the occupants of the suspect vehicle had fled on foot. A police K9 unit helped officers locate the suspects on Lower Truro Road.
Police say a 25-year-old male from Greenfield is charged with failure to remain at the scene of an accident, impaired operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked. He will appear in Truro Provincial Court at a later date.
The other driver involved was treated on scene by paramedics.
