Schools closed in preparation for storm

All schools in the Chignecto Central Regional School Board are closed today. CCRSB offices, bus garages and work locations will close at 1 p.m.

Classes are also cancelled at Colchester Christian Academy, Bridgeway Academy, and École acadienne de Truro.

The NSCC, My World of Learning, Le Jardin d' Enfants, and Truro Head Start Preschool are closed.

The Dr. Jane Norman Child Studies Centre is closing at 1 p.m today

Garbage and compost collection in the Town of Truro  has been rescheduled for Saturday, January 6.
