Nova Scotia RCMP are seeking the public’s help to identify a suspect who robbed a Cole Harbour business twice.
On Feb. 6 at roughly 9:30 p.m., a man left a business on Forest Hill Parkway and set off the store’s alarm, RCMP said in a news release. Employees didn’t approach the man, who started yelling, and he left the business.
The suspect was later observed on surveillance camera tape putting items in his coat.
Then on May 25, the same man entered the same business and was seen on video bending down out of view of the surveillance camera. He gets up and walks toward the back of the business, turns around and adjusts his hooded sweater that appears to be larger then when he first entered, the release said.
The store’s alarm goes off as the man exits the building and he runs down the parking lot.
The suspect is described as a white man with a thin beard and mustache, weighing roughly 190 pounds and is about six-feet tall.
Anyone with information is asked to call Halifax District RCMP at 902-490-5020 or Crime Stoppers.
