DARTMOUTH, N.S. — A man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after he walked into the side of a moving vehicle in Dartmouth Friday, police say.
At 5:48 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a vehicle/pedestrian collision at Main Street and Tacoma Drive, police said in a news release.
“A vehicle was travelling east on Main Street when an adult male walked into the side of the vehicle,” the release said.
The pedestrian, 20, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital. The driver, a 30-year-old man, was not injured.
Traffic on both outbound lanes of Main Street was closed briefly for investigators.
It is not known if charges are pending.
The investigation is ongoing.
