Police find man who went missing from Dartmouth halfway house

A man who went missing from a Dartmouth halfway house was arrested Friday on the South Shore.

Scott David Desrosiers, 52, failed to return to the Jamieson Community Correction Centre on Morris Drive on Thursday evening.

Halifax Regional Police issued a news release Friday morning asking for public assistance finding Desrosiers.

Just before 3 p.m., police announced Desrosiers had been located and arrested by Queens County RCMP.
