BIBLE HILL, N.S. — There will be lots of activity in Bible Hill on Canada Day, beginning with the annual parade.
Participants are asked to connect entries to this year’s theme – ‘65 Years of Bible Hill, Then and Now’ or to decorate with red and white.
The parade will leave St David’s Avenue at 10:30 a.m. and go up Pictou Road, across Johnson, down College, across Vimy, and then back up to St David’s.
Prizes will be presented during the opening ceremonies of Canada Day celebrations at the Bible Hill Recreation Park at 12:30 p.m.
Activities at the park will include a pipe band concert, local musical entertainment, bouncy castles, water balloon activities, the splash-pad, and more.
Parade entry forms are available by calling the village office at 902-893-8083 or emailing [email protected]. Entries should be submitted by June 24.
