TRURO, N.S. —

A man and a woman are facing charges after Truro Police were called about an attempted robbery Tuesday evening.

On Feb. 5, around 5:50 p.m. Truro Police Service received a complaint of an attempted robbery at a business located on Willow Street.

A 30-year-old woman and a 42-year-old man were arrested.

The woman will face charges of attempted robbery and being disguised while committing an indictable offence. The man is being charged with drug and court order offences. They were held overnight and are scheduled to appear in court today, Feb. 6.
