TRURO, N.S. — Donna Van Kroonenburg; and Knickolle Pitcher are returning to the Bible Hill Village Commission for another term.

When the nomination period closed at 4:30 p.m. on May 16, they were the only candidates for the two open seats. The returning officer, Mitchell Bell, declared them elected to a three-year term.

Van Kroonenburg was first sworn in as a commissioner in June 2007 and currently serves as depty-chair.

Pitcher was first sworn in as a commissioner in August 2018.

At the next village commission meeting, on May 21, a chair and deputy-chair will be chosen.
