A 28-year-old woman is facing several charges following a report of an attempted robbery in downtown Truro.
Truro Police responded to a call about a robbery Tuesday afternoon. When officers arrived, they were told a woman had entered the business, produced a knife and demanded money. She left without getting any money.
Police quickly arrested a woman, who is a resident of Truro, and charged her with attempted robbery, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and two counts of breaching probation.
