TRURO, N.S. — A 20-year-old Truro man is facing several charges after being found in a car that wasn't his early Thursday morning.

Around 1 a.m. Truro Police officers responded to a complaint of a person going through vehicles on Victoria St. When they arrived they found a man inside a vehicle with a side window broken.

The man is facing charges of mischief (damage to property), breaching a probation order for not obeying a curfew, breaching a recognizance, trespassing at night and possession of a controlled substance.
