Truro Police arrest men after cannabis advertised on Facebook

TRURO, N.S. — The Truro Police Drug Enforcement Unit arrested two people for selling and delivering cannabis on Wednesday, Oct. 23.

After seeing a local Facebook page offering cannabis for sale and delivery, officers placed an order and two men arrived shortly thereafter to make a delivery.

One from Indian Brook and one from Bible Hill were arrested and charged under the Cannabis Control Act. The driver of the vehicle was charged for driving a motor vehicle while revoked.
