TRURO, N.S. — A 25-year-old Truro man is facing several charges after being arrested at a Queen Street residence Monday morning.
Around 3:30 a.m. Truro Police received a call of a break and enter in progress. Officers were on Walker St. when the call came in and were on scene quickly. When they arrived, they found a home owner struggling with a man.
The 25-year-old man was charged with break and enter, two counts of assault, uttering a death threat, resisting arrest, and assaulting a police officer.
He is scheduled to appear in Truro Provincial Court today.
