All schools in the Chignecto Central Regional Centre for Education, which includes those in Colchester, Pictou, and Cumberland Counties, as well as the Municipality of East Hants, are closed today - Jan. 9, due to stormy weather and slippery roads.
École acadienne de Truro, and Bridgeway Academy are closed, and Colchester Adult Learning Association classes are cancelled.
Dal AC and the Truro campus of the NSCC are closed until at least 10:30 a.m.
