TRURO, N.S. – A Lantz man who pled guilty to uttering threats to cause bodily harm to two individuals was placed on probation for 12 months during sentencing this week in provincial court.
Brandon Alexander White, 21, of Highway 2, was also fined $1,690 and had his driving privileges revoked for a year after pleading guilty to failing the breathalyzer.
As part of his probation conditions, White must abstain from alcohol and is not permitted into establishments where alcohol is served as a primary source of business. He is also banned from possessing firearms or weapons.
