Two of those 12 seats will be held by two new members – Reg Pauley in District 5 and Robert George in District 7.
In the four seats to be contested, the incumbents are all re-offering and will face at least one opponent.
The school board also has a First Nations seat, however, that position is not by election, instead by appointment from the provincial education minister.
