Keija is a seven-year-old mastiff mix who loves people.
Keija hasn’t had a lot of exposure to things, and wants to be everywhere her people go. She would do best in a home where she alone for no more than four hours at a time.
She ignores cats, and has done well with a small dog in her foster home, but isn’t comfortable with some large dogs. She’s done well as meeting other dogs through a fence, but on walks she pulls a lot to get to them, so she needs someone who will help her learn not to react so much.
Keija is crate trained, and considers her crate a safe place. She doesn’t like sharing the crate, so she should be in a home where there are no toddlers who might wander in.
