Plenty of Pets

Darla is one of three rabbits who is probably only alive because of a broken window.

The bunnies were left behind when someone moved, and no one was told they were there.

Days later, someone who went to fix a window found the animals living in filthy conditions with no food or water. They all had ear infections, skin issues and extremely long nails.

10,000 Carrots took over care of the rabbits and when they were healthy enough they went to be spayed and neutered. The boys did well, but it was found that Darla had a large tumor and it was uncertain whether she would survive. The tumor was removed and she’s now recovering in her foster home.

To learn more about Darla, the other rabbits, and the works of 10,000 Carrots Rabbit Rescue visit the website or Facebook page or email 10000carrotsrescue@gmail.com
