Fred Penner is an eight-year-old beagle who loves everyone.
He’s recently learned what it’s like to live in a house and sleep on a bed, and he’s been neutered. He’s a little hard of hearing but is very healthy.
He loves walks and attention, and gets along with other dogs, cats and children.
