TRURO, N.S. – A Twist draw lottery ticket sold in Truro this week is worth $1 million.
The lucky ticket was sold on Jan. 21, but the Atlantic Lottery Corporation is still waiting to hear from the winner.
“Usually we find people are pretty eager to come in and claim their prize,” said Greg Weston, senior communications counsel with the Atlantic Lottery.
Details on the prizewinner or winners will be released as soon as they come forward to collect their prize.
People are reminded to check their Twist tickets.

The winning Tag number in Tuesday’s Lotto Max draw – worth $100,000 – was also on a ticket sold in Colchester County.
