NORTH RIVER, N.S. — Motorists travelling Highway 311 through North River will have to contend with construction delays for another month.
A sidewalk project under construction from Dickson Drive to the Big Brothers Big Sisters (Fundy Scoops) now is scheduled for completion by Nov. 26. The original completion date had been set for Oct. 25, but the work was temporarily delayed when the contractor, S.W. Weeks Ltd., pulled off its crew to complete a paving job near an elementary school elsewhere in the province.
