Glace Bay man guilty of refusing breathalyzer

TRURO, N.S. – A Glace Bay man who was found guilty in trial of refusing the breathalyzer was fined $1,300 Thursday week in provincial court.

David Andrew Gillis, 43, who was charged in August 2016 while driving through Elmsdale, also lost his driving privileges for one year.
