The Truro Model Railroaders Association held their 41st Annual Fall Train Show at the Nova Scotia Community College campus on Saturday.
The exhibition brought together model railroad clubs from across Nova Scotia, who displayed sprawling train sets that took months to build.
Model sets featured not only detailed trains but also scenery including 1950s Canadian towns and countryside such as forests, rivers and gorges. The trains themselves included both model diesel engines and steam locomotives.
Alongside the trains, people also enjoyed a Lego rollercoaster set built as if it was in a theme park. The CN Railway Police were also on hand to hand out leaflets on railway crossing safety to educate the public.
