Margaret Atwood to visit Central Library

Margaret Atwood is coming to the Halifax Central Library on Oct. 3 at 7 p.m. as part of a book tour for The Testaments.

The novel is a sequel to The Handmaid's Tale, picking up the story 15 years after Offred stepped into the unknown.

This is a free, ticketed event. Books will be available for purchase but no autographs will be signed, according to the library website.

Tickets will be made available Sept. 10 on EventBrite.ca at 11 a.m, with a limit of two tickets per person. Search for Margaret Atwood Halifax. Seating will be first come, first served.
