BIBLE HILL, N.S. — A spaghetti dinner that helps feral cats is being held at the Bible Hill Fire Hall.
Carma Cat Rescue’s Colchester chapter is holding its Fourth Annual Spay-Ghetti Dinner at 6 p.m. on Feb. 22.
The meal includes spaghetti with a choice of homemade meat or vegetarian sauce, a roll, cake and a drink – water, pop, coffee or tea. There will also be a silent auction, 50/50 draw and fish bowl raffle game.
Eat-in tickets are $15, for children under 10 it is $7.50, and children under five eat for free.
Take-home meals, to feed a family of four, can be pre-ordered and picked up that day between 4 and 5 p.m. They include uncooked spaghetti, one litre of homemade meat or vegetarian sauce, and four rolls for $20.
Takeout meals can also be ordered for the Truro homeless shelter.
Tickets can be purchased in person at Truro Vet Hospital or by e-transfer to: [email protected]
All funds raised will help with the spay-neuter program for feral cats and the care of kittens that are able to be rehomed.
