Dozens of First Nations performers in their full regalia danced in the annual powwow at Millbrook First Nation Saturday.
The competition featured participants from across Canada and the United States, representing their traditional nations, some coming from as far away as Alberta.
In between the competitions, one or two people even found time to make or sell traditional handicrafts including a belt.
The Millbrook First Nation Competition Powwow drew hundreds of visitors from both Truro and the wider region.
